4 days after surgery
Today is the fourth day after my surgery. Yesterday I did my rehab program, walked at least one time in an hour in-house around kitchen, hall and living room in a circle 2-3 times. Today I have done my daily training program to increase the strengths in my legs in order to be prepared as good as possible for the knee replacement surgery. My training program is shown in a previous blog post ”Todays training”.

Today I met the physiotherapist for the second time. She gave me some more tools I need after the operation.
